Each room has its own access leading out to the pool area, providing a convenient and relaxing environment for guests. The lodge also offers proximity to the Boma, a traditional outdoor gathering place, and the dining facilities.

Every room is furnished with a Queen size bed adorned with Percale Linen, accompanied by an en suite bathroom featuring a refreshing shower.

Various amenities are at your disposal for personal use.

The rooms are equipped with air conditioning and WiFi, ensuring your comfort and connectivity. Additionally, a bar fridge awaits you upon arrival, stocked with both still and sparkling water.

Please note that we have a policy in place that restricts entry to children under the age of 12.

Payments

The Lodge accepts Cash, EFT transfers, credit cards are subject to a commission charge
To secure your booking, A 50% deposit must be paid on receipt of invoice. Balance to be paid 3 days in full before arrival.
All guests will be required to settle their accounts for extras, beverages, laundry, etc. on departure. This can be done by credit card or local currency notes..
Where no credit facility exists, all reservations shall be settled on a pre-payment basis.

Cancellation Policy

Forfeit 100% of Total if guests cancels 7 Days before arrival

Forfeit 50% of Total if guests cancels 21 Days before arrival
Forfeit 25% of Total if guests cancels 30 Days before arrival
Sable Ranch Bush Lodge reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 15% on any deposit that is paid by the guest via the Booking Agent, should the the Guest cancel at anytime.
Please note that Bank Charges & FOREX Charges will not be refunded.
Under no circumstances can the lodge refund or transfer unused bed-nights caused by cancellation due to flight or airport delays, sickness and any other unforeseen circumstances.

Terms & Conditions

Please note: We have full bar facilities and therefore no alcohol is allowed to be brought onto the premises.
All terms and conditions, whether general or special, shall be interpreted and take effect according to the laws of South Africa. The Courts of South Africa shall have sole jurisdiction in respect of any claims which may arise between the client and Sable Ranch Bush Lodge
Sable Ranch Bush Lodge shall not be held responsible for any damage to or loss of any property whether belonging to the client or any of the guests, nor shall Sable Ranch Bush Lodge be responsible for any personal injury which may be sustained by any guests or by any directors, servants or agents of the client, whether such damage or personal injury be caused by, or arise from the negligence of
Sable Ranch Bush Lodgeor its employees or otherwise. The client hereby indemnifies Sable Ranch Bush Lodge and all its directors, servants or agents of the client in respect of such personal injury, loss or damage.
Insurance: We recommend that all guests have sufficient travel insurance to cover injury, medical costs, emergency evacuation, repatriation, loss or damage to personal belongings and cancellation. Guests are required to sign an indemnity form on arrival.
